Re[*}frame Talks

Re[*}frame Talks - is a student led creative talk series held at Chelsea College of Arts.  As part of a small team of final-year students, I co-developed the visual identity and helped organize the program, bringing industry professionals to share insights with graphic design students.

The name ‘Reframe’ was chosen as it encourages a shift in perspective: just as a frame shapes what we see, to ‘reframe’ is to explore new viewpoints, sparking creativity and innovation in design thinking. See more on our instagram:

Logo
Our logo brings together frame-like brackets and an asterisk, symbolizing both structure and spark. The brackets suggest framing focus and perspective while the asterisk hints at discovery and ideas. Together, they resemble a head, embodying a human centred focus and the exchange of ideas that fuels our talks.


Poster Designs
Posters were designed to reflect each speaker’s individuality, all tied together by the core idea of “reframing perspectives”, by featuring a different frame shape as shown. This visual identy was also translated into social media assests. While static in print, the frames animate digitally, bringing the concept of shifting viewpoints to life.
